Greetings! I bring stress relief and nurturing to you via traditional massage techniques at varying degrees of pressure.
In each session I borrow from my training in Reflexology, Lomi Lomi, Trigger Point, and Direct/Indirect deep tissue therapy. I also offer a full ninety minute warm stone experience.
With over twenty years of practice behind me, my aim is to loosen muscles and help you step calmly back to your day.
