Poco became a massage therapist in the year 2000, attending the White River School of Massage. Her work consists of combining various techniques in a synergistic manner to achieve relaxation, balance, alignment, and pain relief for her clients.
Some of Poco's favorite modalities are Swedish, myo-fascial, neuro-muscular, cranio-sacral, deep core release, accu-polarity, ad positional release. She combines a mastery of skills and intuitive feeling to give the client an experience tailored to their specific needs. Hot stones and essential oils are a regular feature in her massage.
